Media Presentation with the Co-Founders of The Showpeople’s Committee to Save Radio City Music Hall, who, in 1979, led the movement to prevent the demolition of the world’s largest and most famous theater.
A docent-led exploration of Radio City Music Hall’s auditorium, lobbies, rest rooms (they are works of art), and backstage spaces.

This evening, from Front Orchestra seats, you will see a Broadway show (#2) of your choice. If you so choose, you can join the Marcus Center in seeing the Broadway musical which will have won the Tony Award for Best Musical 2025.
Post-performance Dessert Reception, with complimentary drinks. We will have a private discussion with a Broadway Guest of Honor and with a cast member from the Tony Award winning Best Musical 2025.
Optional: Experience Times Square’s “Midnight Moment,” (bottom right) the world's largest digital public art program, which showcases the work of a contemporary artist on over 92 digital advertising screens at the same time.
A mid-morning, expert-led walk through the Garment District, as we digitally go back in time when this was the Theater District in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
In a private lounge within the Garment District Entertainment Salon starring 3 Principal actors, each in a hit Broadway musical, plus the keyboardist from “Wicked”.

An optional, escorted bike tour including Central Park, the Upper West Side Historic District, and Midtown Manhattan. The tour will be led by our own Alejandro, NYC licensed bike tour guide. Your bike rental is ‘on us.’

Visit the Guilded Age mansion of Henry Frick, overflowing with his art collection, following the mansion’s 5-year, $220 million renovation.
We will be accompanied by an art expert during our exploration.
Guests who book a flight which departs the newly rebuilt LGA after 4:30 PM will have a complimentary coach transfer directly to their airline’s departure hall.
$3,440 per person, based on double occupancy (sharing a room), which includes a $250 per person donation to The Wayne Theatre.

Our group rate is based on a limited number of rooms secured in advance. If demand exceeds our initial hotel block, the hotel may charge a higher rate for additional rooms.
By registering early, you’ll maximize your chance of securing the original rate. Once your registration is confirmed, your rate will be locked in.
If you register early and later change your mind, your $1,750 deposit is fully refundable until August 1 or until you request that we begin securing your show tickets, at which point your deposit becomes non-refundable.
If the hotel has increased the room rate by the time you register, we will notify you before confirming your registration. If you choose not to proceed, your deposit will be refunded in full.
